Pastor Dave Mills
 
Dave has been lead pastor at Olivet for 17 years, having previously served Christ through ministries in Bainbridge Island, Washington, Ventura, California and Canoga Park, California. Dave is a graduate of U.C.L.A. and also Fuller Theological Seminary.  The love of his life is his wife, Karen, of 24 years and their three children. Dave's passions include worship and discipleship and he enjoys raquetball and backpacking on the side.
 
 
 
Carol Fehr
Office Manager
 
 
Carol coordinates the many and varied ministries of Olivet, including the everyday operations of the church and the many ministry teams and volunteers who serve Christ through Olivet's outreaches. Carol is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and is a C.P.A. She has been married for 27 years to her husband Mike and they have three sons. Carol enjoys people and can often be found in the early mornings prayer-walking the north side of Evansville.
 
 
 
 
Kristen Watson
Director of Children's Ministries
 
 
Kristen became Olivet’s Director of Children’s Ministries in August of 2009, after serving both as a volunteer for many years and later as the Assistant Director. Kristen has been married for 16 years to her husband Brian and they have three children together. Kristen has a passion for worship and can often be found leading a worship team during Olivet’s worship service.
 
 
 
 
Deirdre Pickles
Preschool Director
 
 
Deirdre is our resident Canadian, having come with her husband Calvin to Evansville in 1994 to work for Whirlpool. Deirdre and Calvin have two children, both graduates of the Olivet Preschool, where Deirdre first became a teacher and then in 2000 the Director. Deirdre enjoys all things creative and has the gift of beauty and crafstmanship.
 
 
 
 
Jessica Downing
Director of Student Ministries
 
 
When Jessica became the Director of Student Ministries in the summer of 2009, she enthusiastically dedicated her passion for encouraging Christ-devotion to Olivet students. God captured Jessica’s heart in middle school, which is why she believes God works in students and has a purpose for this stage of their lives (1 Tim 4:12). Jessica is married to Jason, her high school sweetheart, and is a Texas A&M graduate with a B.A. in Spanglish and an interest in international students, prayer, sunshine, and roadtrips.
